Hey all. While On the Woodway is being uploaded, I want you all to know that I'm busy with part 3 (or 2,5) of the saga, which is also the final part. It's in its earliest stages at the moment, but I'm super stoked to give the story a fitting end. After it is finished, I want to continue The Opposing Movement again. Plan is to rewrite what is already there; work out the mistakes, plan things a little better, make it a more appealing and more quality story. After that I plan to continue it all the way to the end. I'll keep you updated.

Eyy. A quick update: the sequel to Driving Miss Weasley is coming along real nice. I'm 21k words in and I'm somewhere between a third and halfway. I hope to finish before the end of the winter. Then you can witness such delights as: Harry sorting his inbox; Harry drinking coffee in a canteen; true crime; classic buddy cops; Stephen King meets Agatha Christie; me not sorting out my priorities and writing this rather than working on uni lol. And I am still alive. I am hoping to publish a novella-length action/drama story in a week's time at most. Working title is "Dude, where's my car?!" It'll span 6 chapters, each about 5 thousand words long.

The Opposing Movement is still on hiatus, but niggling at the back of my mind. Ideas are still floating around, and I think I can really finish it. The themes present are still relevant for me, and they will stay like that for a long time, so it will not truly be abandoned. Whatever the future brings, it is certain that I will rewrite part 1. I cringe while reading it, now that I'm a more experienced writer and some of the plot points just don't work, however badly I want them to.

Due to university, a change of life and interests and the whole host of other reasons you see on every author's profile ever on this site, The Opposing Movement is on hiatus. I never say never, but as it stands now I have no time for it, and I've grown to dislike (despise) the story I've created so much I don't want to touch it anymore.

Maybe in the future I can sort this out, dust myself down and get down to business again, but at the moment I'm not going to publish anything.

I'm very sorry :(

Update summer 2016

The story I'm working on currently, The Opposing Movement, will be a three-part epic. Harry and Ginny are seen in the company of wanted criminal Sirius Black during Harry's third year, forcing them on a path of uncertainty, where they are followed by many parties who are eager to get the trio in their grasp. With the threat of a seemingly immortal Voldemort lurking in the shadows, and a Ministry fully intent on capturing the trio, the road ahead will be dangerous, and the toll will be higher than ever before...

Part 1 of three is completely finished and published. Part 2 and 3 are completely sketched out and part 2 is being written as we speak. So clench those buttcheeks tight. The story is coming.
