I'm a not-so-young-anymore still-aspiring writer who's come back to HP fanfiction after leaving this site for almost exactly 10 years, because I've found there really is no more comfy FFverse out there. I love to explore what happens to Harry and the wizarding world after Voldemort, and will be sticking to canon as defined by the 7 main books and Pottermore fact articles. Cursed Child will be ignored.
I first started writing HPFF 15 years ago. Much has changed since then. While I'm loathe to take down my old stories and even my old bio, I'm not proud of much of the product of the old days. That said, to this day I rather like Girl Talk. It's interesting also to see how the fanbase has changed over the years. Still, I hope many of the "old crowd" are still here, and I hope you all are entertained by my humble scribblings.

I'm a young aspiring writer who enjoys H/G fanfiction enough to spend (too much) time reading, plotting and writing them when I'm not writing original fiction. Other than that, I enjoy camping, hiking and occasionally fishing, as well as the company of my friends and family, but pencil and paper are never far from my person.
I want to write fanfiction that's interesting, and not just in a fluffy, sappy way. I want to formulate thoughtful plots about the omnipresent struggle of Good versus Evil. Sometimes I want to write fast-paced tales of action and adventure. Other times I want to write beautiful descriptions of scenes of friendship, love and sacrifice. Occasionally a 'what-if' scenario strikes me, and I like writing that too. Basically, I love writing, and I just love reading (and re-reading) what I have written and what others write too.
I also enjoy response from my readers, so do remember to leave reviews!
