Happy to hear about Remus and Tonks. I always thought they were a good couple. It is a shame that Harry has to spend time with the Dursleys again, but hopefully it will be a very short visit.

I really love your story, but i just have one correction to make, because it's been slightly annoying. I can assume your from the US, although i am not sure, but a "Term" in schooling is a period of time within a year. so a term is the space of education between vacation/holidays. In australia where i come from there are 4 Term's in one year, your use of "term" where year would be more appropriate was a little confusing, but i got it after a while. I was thinking "Jeez, it's a LONG term!!!!!". other than that, its great, but for future reference to avoid misunderstandings, you might wasnt to change that, or just not use it in the future.
Like i said, love the story though
Author's Response: My Brit-picker wsa very careful in her Brit-pick, and she's a native of Yorkshire, British born and bred. I'm from the US and trust her judgement. There are bound to be differences between the English-speaking countries, and there's no way for me to write so all the English-speaking countries agree on the words I used. And this story was finished literally years ago. I'm not changing it, because I've moved on to both new a new HP novel and original novels, the first of which will be published soon.
I'm glad you enjoyed my story.

Cute chapter. Loved Remy and Tonks! I've always loved them together. Remus just seems so lonely without her. I've read stories with him dating OCs but none of them really made me go "Oh. Hey! She's really great for him!" You know? Anyway, great chapter.

"'It's gone in classes and exams and Quidditch and snogging and various other pursuits.'" Yeah, like poisonings, and battles, and more poisonings, and attacks fomr Malfoy, etc. Well, I'm glad he's focusing on the positive.
I enjoyed seeing Hermione let herself go as a poodle. She needs to let herself go more often. I get the feeling, however, that she's going to continue to be frustrated with her transfomations.
My favorite part of the chapter was the cnversation with Alex. I think it's unrealistic to think that these kids would not approach Harry, so seeing him try to work out his confusion with Harry was very interesting. Good chapter.
Author's Response: Thanks a lot! Yeah, I think Hermione is a bit too tightly wound most of the time, so her "letting go" a bit is good! Glad you liked that. And if Harry didn't focus on the positive, he would probably go mad, poor boy!! Thanks for writing!

This chapter had lots of interesting things going on. I liked the mixing up of the houses in the quidditch game. Portent of good things to come maybe?

I like that they finally got Hermione to be an animagus and howled (no pun intended) that it was a chocolate poodle. Isn't Ron's favorite candy chocolate? LOL! Sorry, couldn't resist.
I loved the scene with Remus and Tonks. Can't wait for the next chapter.
Author's Response: You know, I honestly never even thought about Ron's favorite candy being chocolate! LOL!!! How appropriate! I made her a chocolate poodle because her hair is dark, so I wanted the dog's color to kind of match her hair color, as the collie matches Ron's, and many of Harry's forms have black hair and green eyes. This is a convention I created for the Animagus transformation, based on Sirius being a BLACK dog ("Sirius" meaning dog and him being a Black, as well as having black hair. . .). Anyway, thanks for a good laugh over the chocolate idea!! heehee. Thanks for writing!
