I loved the scene between Harry and Remus. It was very heartwarming.
It's a good thing Remus was researching those spells. Things could have been much worse with the Black Widow Curse.
Harry and Ginny's interaction in the Great Hall seemed kind of childish. Aren't they supposed to be 16 and 15?
I'm glad Hagrid knows the truth about Buckbeak now.
I hope the boys and Buckbeak will be ok. I definitely can't blame Ginny for going against her mother's wishes to go help Harry and Ron.
Author's Response: I'm glad you're enjoying my story! Harry and Ginny are supposed to be the same age as they are in HBP herre - this is a sixth year fic. Considering how repressed Harry's life has been, he's lucky to be able to behave anywhere near normally for his age. He should be so psychologically damaged that he can't function after the Dursleys' abuse, but he's a strong guy and has made it so far. But he's not as sophisticated in many ways as a lot of boys his age.

wow another well written chappie. like the idea of the trip with buckbeak and i am glad that he is going to a wonderful place and country. it seems to me that another trap has been set up by voldemort and that a battle is about to be waged out. can't wait to see what happens and develops. 10/10

Ginny's got guts. I hope she doesn't regret this. I can't say that I thought Dumbledore's suggestion that Harry take this trip sounded like a good idea. Harry is, after all, number one on Voldemort's hit list. Seems like a foolish errand to send him on. Nice job.
Author's Response: Dumbledore is being human here. He cares about Harry and thinks the trip will be a nice break for him. Voldie isn't expecting Harry to be out of the country, so it SHOULD be a safe trip for him. Glad you liked the chapter!

Well...I must say I was on edge about Hermione. When I read chapter 22 I was shocked to say the least. Then, in the nex chapter, when I read Ron, Harry and Ginny weren't talking to her that brought back some pretty bad memories. But all's well now! I was hoping something was up with Hermione....and I am glad something was up. As for the whole Buckbeak thing...I can't read any further right now....I have to go to bed so I can get up for school in the morning....but I can't wait to read more about what is going to happen! I must say I truely do love this story. I still have that little thing with the whole 'lad' thing but I think I will be able to handle it...lol. Thank you for such a wonderful story! -Katie
Author's Response: American men call each other and younger men "son" or "boy" - Brits use "lad" the same way.
