Wow, great chapter.
I'd never guessed that Snape would kill Nagini, but I like the idea. The question is, where did he, as Slytherin, get the Sword of Gryffindor. My best guess is, he has stolen the sword from Harry's bedroom.
Let's hope Sirius and as many as possible of the others are doing well.
