Very moving and very statesmanlike. I was actually thinking that was quite out of character -- that thought was, of course, cleared when it was revealed that Hermione helped him with his speech. Another great chapter! Reviewer: ngayonatkailanman Signed Date: 2015.07.04 - 06:52AM Title: Fame Awww. Reg just weant to make me laugh and cry at the same time! It gave me chills. Reviewer: whimsy Signed Date: 2007.10.20 - 02:03AM Title: Fame "Even the Malfoys were smiling, though Harry didn’t blame them for smiling less than warmly." Considering Harry had saved Draco twice (while he was still supporting Voldemort) before Narcissa saved Harry, some smiles are in order. As it is, the Malfoys should consider themselves incredibly lucky that Lucius isn't in prison with the rest of the surviving members of Voldemort's inner circle. Do Andromeda and Narcissa know yet that their sister killed Tonks? I had a section about Umbridge in here, briefly... My expectation is that, no, she's not in prison. But I have a feeling that she'll be counting Centaur droppings for the Department for the Control of Magical Creatures. Similarly, it seems to me that the Malfoys—much as I loathe them, and much as they deserved nothing less than prison—were likely to have landed on their feet. I think, however that their fortune and their influence are long gone. I'm planning possibly on revisiting them at some point in this series. I really have enjoyed this story. I can't wait for the next chapter and to see how things develop. I like the little touches you put into the story...and especially how you have Harry remember all the "little" people. Very cool. :) And Harry does have a pretty good idea of what it feels like to be one of the "little people" himself, after all. ;-) Reviewer: hp4_source Signed Date: 2007.10.18 - 12:39AM Title: Fame Great story so far. You always do such a great job with the Weasleys in particular. Reviewer: jblakew Signed Date: 2007.10.17 - 07:32PM Title: Fame Wow! Can't wait for the next installment! There's one f-word that springs to mind rather easily, but there are lots of others that might work given the tone and interactions so far. Fury, for example, or furor. Frigid. Fascination. Foibles. Females. Fermentation. The list really is endless. Speaking of which, none of the titles that I'd planned correspond to the ones that you'd actually mentioned, but they certainly sparked some thoughts! So I suppose that, yes, the list truly is endless. ;-) And I'm glad that you enjoyed the fic! And I'm glad that you liked Percy's... witticism. :-) And where are you and Minerva registering? Reviewer: Najam Signed Date: 2007.10.17 - 01:59PM Title: Fame this was just wondeful. I really hope you update soon. : ) | |||||||
