That was a really horrible end to the chapter and I'm glad I'll be able to read the next chapter straightaway. I hope Ginny's all right - I'm biting my nails in worry. I wonder how those two men got inside the castle? Hope they're chucked right into Azkaban.

I can’t believe that Harry only told Glenda his first name—she would only care about a family name. Apparently he wasn’t interesting enough for her to ask him for his full name. Our esteemed author is teasing her readers!
“He’d been thinking how he was never quite aware of when something would make him remember the past so violently.” This whole paragraph was wonderful; you do a great job of exploring character. It’s a bit amazing, after all they’ve been through together, that Harry still worries his friends will get tired of him and leave. (Those blasted Dursleys! And Dumbledore too, for abandoning a child to them!) Maybe Harry and Ginny should go back to Australia for the month of May.
The intruders into Hogwarts may or may not be linked with Ginny's disapperance. If Ginny was being pursued (like Neville had been the year before) the Gryffindor room may have let her in to give her refuge “in time of peril” or maybe Glenda sensed Ginny was wearing the amulet and wanted her to enter. Obviously our Trio isn't taking the time to think about the events, preferring to let emotion take over and to tear around the castle (at least you're keeping Harry in character!). Okay, that’s rather mean; I’m sure I’d be irrational if it was my loved one who was missing.
So maybe soon our very kind author will let us know more about the attacks on Harry (this chapter & the quintaped). I’ve been waiting for you to flesh out your hints from chapter 39 about Professors Thistlewaite and Fiesche. Does flattery help us get answers sooner, o most illustrious and talented scribe? ;)
I'm enjoying how Charlie's "You're so lucky...I can't beat you up" lines are continuing. Harry probably will be hearing these jokes from all the Weasley brothers until his & Ginny's golden wedding anniversary.
Hopefully Neville will get a chocolate frog card too.
You have so many story threads going on with this story; I don't know how you keep up with them all!
Author's Response: LOL about the name. Poor Harry still worried about abandonment ... *sob* Your speculations about where Ginny is are indeed very interesting ;) . Yes the Professors and the Qintaped will come up again, patience grasshopper ... I don't know how I keep up with the story threads either! I'm sure I don't know why some people have bothered to even try :P . The next chapter will be up after my lil piece o fluff is completed. I'm having such fun with it and then we'll get back to the climax of RL. (yes, I said climax, if you've ever seen a graph of how narratives look, the ah, climax is near the end ... just sayin' ...)

This story is really good, I just found it the other day and ended up reading all 43 chapters in about 3 days......

I've got my theories, too.
It wouldn't be HP if it was all Sunlit Days. There has to be quiddich drama, and agonizing intrigue....or why bother??
oh and the cards... it's all warm and fuzzy when Ron gets the limelight a bit. Makes me entirely happy.
The update wait on Rebuilding Life is a delicious torture...like waiting for home made fudge to set, and absolutely worth the weeks.
