Quite good.
So Harry was actually rejecting Ginny's attempt to send comfort, rather than responding to her offering with comfort of his own, eh? Well, that was rather rude; he deserved Ginny's reaction. And Hermione's interest in analyzing the phenomenon definitely seemed in character. :-)

I'm glad that Mrs Bones is the Minister atm, at least there is some hope that the wizarding world will be ready to defend themselves and have admited that Voldemort is back. i can see why Harry would feel useless, in cannon at least he had a chance to defy him. they didn't get that far (thankfuly) in this story. I like that Ginny refused to let him even concider breaking the bond, a true Weasely. :-)

Can't wait to see what the new prank is! This chapter, I have to say, came across somewhat like a soap opera, with good quality, but somewhat overdramatized action. I think, while good quality, alot of the Harry/Ginny communication stands as a good example.
I'm not sure I understand where Harry is with regards to the Dursleys. I thought he could only leave them after he came of age, but it sounded like he was leaving already, and if that is so, it's hard to tell where his new residence will be, though it sounds like it is No. 12, Grimmauld Place.

Good chapter I can very well see how Harry would blame himself. I think you nailed his caharacter pulling away because he felt he failed I also think you got Ginny really well too always hed strong and stuborn. Great chapter can't wait to see more! :)

i like how youre having dumbledore put up the ward for the dark mark...its a really good idea....
i cant wait to see what happens in the next year...i mean...youve ruined most of the plot for it...unless bones goes crazy and into fudge mode, i cant honestly see her sending umbridge to hogwarts...

Wonderful! I really liked Ginny slapping Harry for being a git. He needed that wake up call. How could he suggest to break the bond?! I know he's only trying to protect her, but he's only going to hurt them both by doing that. I hope Molly eases up on them and allows them time to be together without constant supervision. She seriously needs to learn trust. Looking forward to more!

Great chapter, though it was a little on the short side. Of course, I always complain about that while not producing much better myself, so you can ignore me.
I like the angsty factor here, and I like that Ginny isn't afraid to smack him around a little bit to make him see sense.

What happened? This fic was so good, but this chapter seems almost to have been written by a different author. The writing is clumsy, the "sending comfort" thing sounds silly, and Harry's going into angsty capslock mode.
Ah well - we all have our off days. Here's hoping it's back up to form with the next chapter.

well at lease they are stoping harry from going out of control early on...glad he is not going back to the drusleys and that hermione and her family are going to have protection or maybe move in...not a good thing thought for the kids to explore different ideas that they have...kutgw
