While it contains some action, it mostly focuses on character-driven scenes involving Harry and Ginny, and to a slightly lesser extent, Ron and Hermione. Canon is strictly followed up to Chapter 34 of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. The R rating and warnings are used as a precaution for some scenes, but the story in general doesn't carry a strong theme of adult material.
