Author's Response: Glad you liked that! I had one of those "ah-HA!" moments when I thought of it. JKR kept bringing our attention to him, but he was JUST a TOAD! Surely there was more to him? If so, what? And then it just came to me - his gran being a formidable witch, and since we've never heard anything about Neville's grandad, why not make the toad Neville's grandad?? heehee.

Trevor was Neville's grandfather all this time. Wow that's amazing. Love Ron and Hermione being baboon that was both funny and embarassing. Mostly it was funny.

Author's Response: Yeah, a guy in my Yahoo group has coined the word "Baboonery(c)" (and that's how he writes it) and uses it frequently in posts and chats, LOL! Glad you enjoyed that. I LOL here while writing it! And the stuff about Trevor gave me quite a giggle too. I had so much fun writing these fics! Abraxan

I always thought there was something fishy about Trevor. And also, harry's a pureblood. His mum was a muggle born, yes, but she was a witch. So Harry's a pureblood, right? Oh well.

Author's Response: Harry is considered a half-blood becasue his mum was Muggle-born. It's defined that way in canon somewhere, although I can't remember where at present. He's not "half and half" like Seamus because Lily wasn't a Muggle, but a Muggle-born witch. That's why it's interesting that Voldemort seemed to consider baby Harry the greater threat than pureblood Neville - Voldemort was "half and half" like Seamus - his dad was a Muggle, so he wasn't a pureblood either.
