I am getting rather curious about how Harry got a scar on his bum, but considering his childhood, it is probably not a good story.

Author's Response: It's explained at some point. Abraxan

i don't know what to say but fantastic, fantastic and more fantastic. yet another extrememly well written chapter that you have got here abraxan.

harry will make a full recovery thats for sure because theres no way that you would leave him the way he is. liked how hagrid took care of harry as did everyone else. malfoy gets of lightly again but i am sure that he will get what he deserves in the end.

keep up the great work and the chapters rolling. as usual rating of 10 stars which equals outstanding.

Author's Response: Thanks a lot! I'm so glad you're enjoying my story! Abraxan, who would never leave Harry injured for long! :)

I've wondered at this conundrum before. What does happen to injuries when you're an animagus. Adding wings certainly seems more complicated than if it were a dog, etc. While I hate to see Harry hurt, this was very interesting to watch everyone try to puzzle it out.

Author's Response: Glad you liked it! Abraxan

How many times has Harry been hurt it's been so many I lost count. Also Malfoy does he actually have to kill someone for Dumbledore to take any real action.

Author's Response: I never bothered to count - and as for Malfoy - DD keeps thinking he can reform him, bless his heart. Abraxan

nice lied the part human part wings harry that sounds cool but u said a wingspn of 30 metres that really long r thestrals that big? keep it up more h/g

Author's Response: I read an article about the way the CGI guys designed Buckbeak for the PoA film. Given a horse's "average" size, they thought a hippogriff would need a 37 foot wingspan (I said feet, not meters, right??) to get it off the ground. THey had to visually shorten the wings to around 27 feet for him to be able to fold them when Beaky was on the ground -- they simply couldn't fold a pair of 37 foot wings small enough for him to be able to walk. So given that thestrals are horse-like beings as well, I made their wingspan similar to Beaky's. And it honestly should be "feet" instead of "meters". If it IS meters, let me know so I can change it!! Glad you're enjoying the story! Thanks for writing!

Hmmm, Good thought. Where DO wings go? If Harry's wings were in his back then where were James' antler's. That is a really interesting idea with how to treat injuries as well. Keep it coming. Can't wait for the next installment.

Author's Response: James's antlers?? OUCH! That would explain those headaches. . .(kidding!) heehee. I'm glad you liked that! Thanks for writing!
