Really don't like you thinking there is something wrong with Neville just because he has some problems with remembering some things. I mean your theory went straight down the crapper since you need to take into account that Neville is the best in his year in Herbology if he can't extract information out at all than you needed to make him basicly retarded and not knowing anything I think... Basicly you think you messed up again.

It all makes sense now. Neville's extremely poor memory has now been explained. This will have interesting ramifications for this school year, now that he'll be able to remember everything perfectly. Yep, very interesting.

What an odd view you have of Neville. I like it. I think he deserves to end up being loved to bits (cute interplay between him and Luna) and somewhat brilliant (plus playing a role in saving Harry). Looking forward to the next thrilling chapter *grins*

Yes, yes yesyesyesyes!!!!! About 3 "pages" before the sorting hat ceremony started I thought, I wish the hat would just get fed up and refuse to sort...to insist that the students CHOOSE! And thats exactly what you did! And we have always felt that Neville's memory problems were the result of a little too enthusiastic obliviate after his parents torture. That's a plot point in the story I'm writing, in fact. I like where you're going with George and Gabrielle...saw that coming, too. And before too many people say anything about their ages, George is 19 - Gaby 13. George is holding back until she is older. Six years difference is nothing in our world and less than nothing in the wizarding world...My parents were 7 years apart Mom 17 and Dad 24 when they married, married 47 yeaqrs until Mom's death. My mother-in-law was 15, father-in-law 22 when they married right before he shippedout in WWII...married 33 years until his death. Good plot line - don't let anybody guilt you out about it. I have some theories on what you have planned for Harry etc, but in case I'm right I don't want to spoil it for anybody else...I'll email you. I just got a fright with something you tossed out today, though. Please let them live happily ever after....please let Harry and Ginny BOTH live!

Author's Response: My husband is eight years older than me, and we're still married after 15 years, so the age thing is not a concern, at least for me! Just as a hint for anyone who reads this . . .In the end the major characters all live. I'll leave it at that!
