I must say this has much more detail to it. I rather enjoyed this version over the original quite a bit. It really is amazing how much of a difference there is between the original and this extended version of all the chapters. I must say, great job! I look forward to seeing what else you've expanded. You've done a great job balancing everything in this version, so everything is much better. Keep up the great work and update soon!

Some day I'm going to read a fanfic where everything DoubleDumb has done to Harry comes out and the old fart is sentenced to have his magic removed and forced to live with muggles.
If Harry is a normal hormone-driven boy, the two should start a little exploration soon.

Our young couple seems to be getting quite comfortable with each, as shown by the fact they reacted postively to the idea that they were essentially married -- at eleven and twelve, yet! What makes them so fun to read, of course, is your writing. You really are on your game, because I don't recall seeing any grievous errors in syntax or word selection. More important, you convey a large amount of detail without bogging down the flow of the story. The descriptive details and your very creative plot lines really elevate your story, and make it immensely entertaining.
Two parts really stood out among this altogether excellent chapter. Snape's taking points off was just pure Snape. i can see him at some time further into the story docking a Gryffindor for breathing (or at least breathing too loud)! Can't wait to see what prank you have H/G pull in retribution. The second outstanding section was Fawkes teaching the "hatchlings." Such a wonderful image of him showing H and G the tricks of the Phoenix trade, and later preening in DD's office. You're doing a great job in describing the actions and thoughts in that arc.
Best of all, it seems each chapter is just flat out fun to read. Thanks!
Author's Response: A lot of the grammar credit should be sent to one of my betas: Jonathan. He's excellent. I like Fawkes. He comes into play later too - I had a whole subplot involving him, although I think it will fall by the side.

Since Dumbledore put a fidelius charm on James & Lily home, that means he know that Sirius is innocent. If James & Lily could do the charm there be no need for Dumbledore

I liked it. One thing... the word defence, as you put it, is spelled "defense" in the book... not to be picky.
Author's Response: That depends on what book you are reading. Defence is primarily a British spelling (you see, those crazy Brits like words to change letters so that Defence becomes defensive...us Americans are just too lazy to bother with that when the \"c\" and the \"s\" sound the same or maybe it\'s because were just more efficient). I try to conform to U.K. English (when I think about it)...or, more accurately, I try to have someone Britpick it for me.

In my option I think this a great story. I started reading this on fanfiction .net, but when I read that you that only place I could read the story is yahoo or here. This one my favorite story's. I notices that it read different here. was that plan that was. I hope to read more in the future.
