Staff Changes

In light of the recent shift in the Administration, a few changes have become necessary, I am also taking the opportunity to make some additional changes, so here they are.

Professor Scroll (Valerie) is hereby appointed to the Administration.

RyokoTenchi (Ryan) is hereby appointed to the Administration.

The structure of the Administration is reorganized as follows:

Head Administrator: Robert (Lord Dreadnault)

Assistant Head Administrator: Valerie (Professor Scroll)

Administrator of Rules and Reader Relations: Tom (Sir Ollivander)

Administrator of Content and Author Relations: Ryan (RyokoTenchi)

Rather than the previous organization where Rules and Content were on their own footing, this system has it so that Content is a part of Rules.

If you have any problems, questions, comments, etc, you will find that there is an Admin with specific responsibility to talk to you and listen to your concerns. Tom is designated for readers/patrons of SIYE while Ryan is designated to talk with authors. Valerie and I have open doors as well. People representing other archives, sites, or organizations who wish to have official discussion with SIYE should contact me or Valerie.

Knightwhosaysni (Victoria) is appointed to serve as Acting Archivist until such a time that Jaquelyne is able to take up her post again.

Dramaqueen is appointed to serve as a Deputy Archivist.

Torak is hereby made a member of the SIYE Staff and appointed to the position of Assistant Archivist.

Bibliophile19 is hereby made a member of the SIYE Staff and appointed to the position of Assistant Archivist.

Soccer Devil22: Members of the Administration keep an eye out for SIYE patrons/authors who seem to be particularly active around the site and might be open to an offer to join the staff. Then when positions open up or it is decided that we need some more helping hands, we nail some of them and ask them if they're interested. To be appointed to the Administration part of the staff, we look for an extremely active staff member(s). All new staff members start as Assistant Archivists and then can settle there or move up.
