Muggle Field Trip (2-2007) Challenge Closed

The great Hogwarts experiment called the Muggle Field Trip is now over. The students and chaperoning teachers have traveled to Vienna (twice), Rome (thrice), Paris, and Berlin (my home town). Now, everybody is back at school, luggage unpacked, house-elves doing tons of laundry, and the Great Hall filled with stories of experiences abroad from our young world travelers.

Now itâ€™s time for our judges to read and determine who had the best vacation in Europe. We have approximately 17 judges who will read all 7 submitted stories to figure out whose trip wins the grade of Best Overall, Romance, Adventure, and Humor.

The next two weeks will be busy tallying up all the votes and nominations. The winners will be posted on SIYEâ€™s bulletin board on May 15th. So, everybody, hang on to your passports for a few more days.

Ah Shelter Seventeen...I always wondered why the European Space Agency came up with such a mundane name for their secret space station and its associated supply shuttles. I may get in trouble with talking about this hush, hush government project, but I know that none of you would ever turn me in. The new Challenge must involve Harry, Ginny and friends, and the time they hid aboard that rocket during the Shelter Seventeen launch to supply the new station. Can you ride brooms in space? Excuse me. There is a loud pounding at the door, flashing lights outside, sirens and... All right, who called the federal agents on me for revealing this? Sigh. Maybe I shouldn't have written that story about the Slytherin synchronized water ballet team. Someone please send bail. Eric B.

Like their "17" years old and their on a "mission" to find "shelter" i dunno it just seems to easy... i'm still as confused as ever...as for bail Spenser it all depends on the price and what i will get out of it and since you were spreading government secrets it's proberly pretty expensive and i'm a broke teenager without a job (isn't school enough anymore?)save the twenty dollars in my wallet. canadian none the less i don't think i could post bail anyways being a muggle and all and not knowing my way to the wizarding world other then in diagon ally in britain but i'd have to find that too...hmm maybe if i could find one of those portals you were talking about or a invisible wizarding blimp...yea i got nothing...

Naturally, that is ridiculous, but if it saved me from that corned-beef hash they serve on Wednesday nights, then so much the better.
